Funded a six month innovative pilot programme in portraiture for 12 artists of all abilities culminating in a public exhibition.

Contributed to a programme of work designed to improve the diagnosis and clinical care provided to people affected by rare disorders.
Spectrum Care ($10,000)
Contributed to the publication of "Extraordinary Journeys" capturing the lives of people since the closure of institutions.
Autism NZ/ IDEA Specialist Services ($15,000)
Supported a joint initiative to introduce a training programme developed and tested in Australia to help improve the emotional and social skills of children with Autism and Asperger Syndrome

NZ Down Syndrome Association: Self Advocacy Workshop ($16,046)
The Foundation supported a pilot workshop held to develop self advocacy and leadership skills of people with Down Syndrome to increase their participation in local and national self advocacy groups as well as within NZ DSA governance.
Parent and Family Resource Centre: Publication of Family Stories ($10,000)
Contribution to the publication of stories from New Zealand families who have established innovative family governed service.
NZ Organisation for Rare Disorders: Advocacy Programme ($25,000)
Contribution to the development of a specific programme of work designed to improve diagnosis and clinical care for children and young people with complex rare disorders.
